These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LES Digital Platform web portal and the LES Digital Platform Android application (together, “the Services”), operated by the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) in partnership with UNICEF Bangladesh. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The LES Digital Platform is a Learning Outcome-based Education System that enables school administrators, subject teachers, and monitoring personnel to record student assessment scores, track competency-based Learning Outcome progress, and generate reports and analytics for DSHE and UNICEF Bangladesh. The Services are provided for official educational monitoring and evaluation purposes within this program and are not a general-purpose public service.
Access to the Services is limited to individuals authorized by DSHE, UNICEF Bangladesh, or a participating school — namely Super Administrators, School Administrators, Teachers, and Observers. Accounts are provisioned by system administrators; public self-registration is not available. You are responsible for:

Teachers and school administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the academic and assessment data they enter into the Platform. DSHE and UNICEF Bangladesh rely on this data for program monitoring and reporting; users must exercise reasonable diligence to ensure records are complete, accurate, and entered in good faith.
The Services, including their software, design, branding, curriculum framework representations, and underlying technology, are the property of DSHE and/or UNICEF Bangladesh and their licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted for authorized use of the Services, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, without prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure providers (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services (including releasing updated versions of the Android app) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security, or program-related reasons.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSHE, UNICEF Bangladesh, and their personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or if your role in the program changes (for example, transfer or departure from a participating school). You may also request account deactivation by contacting your administrator.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
